Pairs rotate through four timed workout zones, sharing the work and aiming for the greatest total distance. One person works at a time, with swaps whenever needed.
Teams of four have 20 minutes to build distance across BikeErg, RowErg and SkiErg, with two people working at a time.
Teams of four complete a set BikeErg, RowErg, SkiErg and battle-rope workout against the clock.
Pairs share a BikeErg for 20 minutes, pausing for 200 battle-rope reps at minutes 4, 8, 12 and 16.
Connect teams, departments or locations through a shared live leaderboard. Redline plans the heats and event flow, supplies equipment and scoring technology, and manages crew, briefings, judging and final results. Bespoke formats are available around your team, venue and objectives.
