Enquiries
We receive your name, company, email address, message and any team size, location or experience preferences you provide. Name, company, email and message are required so we can understand and respond to your enquiry; the other fields are optional. Please do not include medical information, participant lists or other sensitive personal information.
Why we use your details
We use this information to answer your questions, discuss suitable events and prepare proposals. For business enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to prospective customers and managing business relationships. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we process the necessary information for that purpose. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list. We do not use the form to make automated decisions about you.
How your message reaches us
The form sends your submission to FormSubmit, which processes it and delivers it to our email inbox. FormSubmit uses spam protection, including Google reCAPTCHA, and may use cookies on its own pages. Those services may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information. You can also email or call us directly.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry.
Keeping information
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and manage related follow-up. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence forms part of our customer records. Retention also depends on applicable record-keeping obligations and any need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Analytics, cookies and external services
This website has no visitor analytics or advertising trackers installed and does not itself set analytics or advertising cookies. The enquiry submission service has its own cookie practices, as described above. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. Sales decks are PDF files served from this website. External websites operate under their own privacy notices.

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable.
